How to Log on:  


  1. Provide your non-business email address to our front desk--in person or on the phone. You can also send an email request to portal@calliepeds.com (24-hr turnaround). 

  2. A username and temporary password will then be sent to that email address.

  3. Then, go to the Patient Portal link (on our www.CalliePeds.com website, above) through a browser on your smartphone, tablet,  or computer.  Enter the username and temporary password. 

    **We recommend using your browser rather than the Healow mobile app, which is limited and doesn’t provide full access, especially to imm. records, statements, and bill pay.** 

  4. Change your password to one you will remember.   

What can you do on the web Patient Portal? 
  1. Print shot records

  2. See medical history and growth charts

  3. Request prescription refills 

  4. Review visit summaries

  5. Examine Statements

  6. Pay Balance

  7. See appointments

  8. Update patient information

  9. Get appointment reminders and confirmations through email

Should I download the Healow mobile app? 

As stated above, the Healow app is limited.  If you refill a lot of prescriptions, it might be useful.  Follow the directions on the left side of the Patient Portal link (above) if you decide to download. 

How do I send an attachment (e.g. jpg image or pdf document) to the providers? 

Due to HIPAA privacy rules, all health/medical information must be protected through encryption.  Please call our office at 520.298.3383 in order to request access to our encrypted message center.  Provide your email address and we will email you a link to the encrypted message center where you register and upload the document or image.

  1. Request / schedule appointments

  2. Request access to our secure message center, in order to email an attachment (image, report, etc) to our office.

  3. Discuss lab reports

  4. Request referrals

  5. Ask a question (providers or staff)

  6. Re-set your password if forgot or locked out.
