  • If your plan is not on the list, please call our Billing and Payment Department to verify whether we participate in your plan.

  • Plans can get complex!  Always check with your plan to know and understand your out-of-pocket costs, including copayment, deductible, coinsurance and covered/uncovered services.  Please see our Billing and Payment policy and the links on the right.

For 2017, the only available Marketplace plan for Individuals and families in Pima County is Ambetter/Healthnet Community Care HMO, which we accept.

 

Humana HMOx will not be available after 12/31/2016.

You can apply for Medicaid or CHIP, at any time of the year.

Medicaid is the single largest health insurer for low-income children. It is also the primary source of health care for low-income parents and other non-elderly adults, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
