How to Log on:  

 

  1. Provide your non-business email address to our front desk--in person or on the phone. You can also send an email request to portal@calliepeds.com (24-hr turnaround). 
     

  2. A username will then be sent to that email address If you don't see the email in 15 minutes, look in your Spam folder.  If it still doesn't arrive, call the office.
     

  3. In the email, select the “Set Up Portal Account” button (orange) which will bring you to a screen that will send a verification code to your cell phone.  Then set up the account.  
     

  4. You can go to the Patient Portal link (on our www.CalliePeds.com website, above) through a browser on your smartphone, tablet,  or computer.  Enter the username and temporary password.

What can you do on the Patient Portal? 
  1. Print shot records

  2. Televisit 

  3. See medical history and growth charts

  4. Request prescription refills 

  5. Review visit summaries

  6. Examine Statements

  7. Pay Balance

  8. See appointments

  9. Update patient information

  10. Get appointment reminders and confirmations through email

How do I send an attachment (e.g. jpg image or pdf document) to the providers? 

Due to HIPAA privacy rules, all health/medical information must be protected through encryption.  Please call our office at 520.298.3383 in order to request access to our encrypted message center.  Provide your email address and we will email you a link to the encrypted message center where you register and upload the document or image.
