1. As you would for an in-person visit, FIRST call our office (520.298.3383) to speak with a provider who is doing triage (see COVID-19 Update) and/or to make an appointment and get on our schedule.

2. Then, you will either receive an email link to our Televisit service, which can be used on a LAPTOP or COMPUTER browser or, if you have the Healow app, you can log onto that app ( browser on your mobile device does not work).  Detailed instructions are here.
